Hotel 17 - Kota Kinabalu

Spending our Christmas holiday at this hotel was amazing! The room was spacious, clean and had all the facilities we needed. We loved the fact that there were plenty of plug sockets to charge our gadgets and the super hot water in the bathroom was perfect for warming up after exploring the city. The hotel's location was convenient, being close to a mall, restaurants and even a small convenience store. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and even cleaned our room each day even though we did not request it.

On the first floor, we could hear the music from the bar downstairs until later at night, which made it hard to fall asleep. The soundproofing system in the rooms could be improved as we could also hear noise from the flushing water in the adjacent rooms.
